Reflection

I can summarise information by retelling the main words. Skimming and scanning means to quickly look for information with my eyes.  I know to look for key words.

I need to make sure I have beginning, middle and end.

I feel proud because  I can summarise information in my own words.

Next time I want to add more detail to my summary.

Next time I want to add even more description to my writing and use new words. I really enjoy making my writing interesting and adding detail.

 In maths i have been learning how to do compensation by adding on or taking away.I know that 6x50=300 so 6x49=294 or 6x51=306 i feel proud because i learnt something new next time t want to solve larger equations.

WALT to use find out how many ones, tens and hundred in all of a whole number. I think  it was easy doing 3 hundreds, 6 tens and 4 ones but I had to work out the other one to make it easier and faster to solve. That one is tricky.

The Wonder Tree

The Wonder Tree I have a wonder tree.it actually is a secret location. It will look like a base it will have a gun and a telescope with a door. Oneday a gang came along and tried to get in but they could not get in. Then we came along and we scared them away. In writing i am learning to use detail to make my story interesting. I feel proud because i am a fast writer. I need to improve on getting better at proofreading.
